Thank you for shopping at VILETTI BITELLI. We strive to offer you the best products and services. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange a product. Please read our Returns and Exchanges policy carefully.

If you notice any damage or tampering with the packaging provided by the courier company, we recommend that you report the incident directly to them. The VILETTI BITELLI team ensures that all shipments leave our facilities in optimal condition; however, once the package is handed over to the transport company, any issues that occur are their responsibility. We appreciate your understanding and attention in this matter.

Additionally, we request that you carefully verify that the VILETTI BITELLI authenticated box and/or bag containing your product is properly sealed and free of any signs of prior tampering. If you notice any irregularities, please do not accept the package and contact us immediately at support@vilettibitelli.com.

GENERAL POLICY

Evaluation Process:

All returns and exchanges are subject to an evaluation by our team. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless we have evaluated the product and determined that it meets the criteria for return or exchange. We reserve the right to deny the evaluation and directly refuse the return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Timeframe:

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. After 14 days, we will not accept any return or exchange requests.

Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Items:

Sale items, personalized items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

CANCELLATIONS

Any order cancellation must be made within 2 hours of placing the order. After this time, cancellations will not be accepted.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Contact Us:

Email us at support@vilettibitelli.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will review your request and respond with further instructions.

Evaluation:

Once we receive your request, we will evaluate the item(s) to determine if they are eligible for return or exchange. If approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

Shipping:

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s) to us unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Processing:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@vilettibitelli.com.

EXCHANGES

Processing:

If your exchange request is approved, we will send you the replacement item(s) once we receive the original item(s). If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative item of equal value.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Report:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@vilettibitelli.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
